Transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles is an excellent way to stretch your points further, especially when booking international travel or flights with Star Alliance partners. The process is simple, but you’ll need to follow a few key steps.

Start by confirming you have a Chase card that allows point transfers to travel partners. Eligible cards include the Chase Sapphire Preferred®, Chase Sapphire Reserve®, or Ink Business Preferred®. If you have a no-annual-fee card like Chase Freedom Flex℠ or Chase Freedom Unlimited®, you must first combine your points with a premium card before transferring.

If you don’t already have a Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles account, create one online—it’s free and only takes a few minutes. Ensure the name on your Turkish Airlines account matches your Chase profile to avoid transfer delays.

Once ready, log into your Chase Ultimate Rewards dashboard, navigate to “Transfer to Travel Partners,” and select Turkish Airlines. The transfer ratio is 1:1, so 1,000 Chase points become 1,000 Miles&Smiles miles. Confirm your transfer, and you’re done.

While most transfers are instant, it could take a few hours or up to a day. After receiving your miles, you can use them to book award travel directly through Turkish Airlines or any of its Star Alliance partners.  For more information read our blog on  How to transfer chase ultimatepoints to Turkish Airlines.
